Your uploaded GST files are processed in real time. Raw uploaded files are not permanently retained on our servers.

Third Parties

We use Supabase (database), Razorpay (payments), and Streamlit (hosting). We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to auditdesk.hq@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 working days.

ITC Recon™ is a professional GST reconciliation tool designed for Chartered Accountants and tax practitioners.

Professional Use

Reconciliation results are for reference and should be verified by a qualified CA before any compliance action. Audit Desk is not liable for errors arising from decisions made based on this tool.

Intellectual Property

All software, design, reports, and content are the intellectual property of Audit Desk™ protected under the Copyright Act 1957.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every subscriber to feel the full value of ITC Recon™ from day one.

Subscription Payments

Since access begins immediately upon payment, subscription fees are non-refundable in general. However, we will make things right if something goes wrong on our end.

Service Issues

If you experience a technical failure attributable to Audit Desk, we will extend your subscription at no charge.

Accidental Duplicate Payments

Write to auditdesk.hq@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will refund the duplicate charge within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation

Write to us at any time to cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Founding Member Pricing
